Cookbooks

Our Nutrition Coach, Diane McConahay, has a love language of food. She takes great delight in cooking healthy and delicious dishes for anyone who is wanting to learn more about plant based foods or for anyone who loves food. There is such an incredible satisfaction when the meal has been prepared with love and thought behind each ingredient. Enjoying a great meal has so many health benefits when it has been prepared from the heart and cultivated from Mother Earth.  You know exactly what is going into your meal and are able to control the portion size on your plate. For anyone with food allergies or sensitivities, this can be very important. It can also be a wonderful family project; give each person a small job. Having quality family time is a big part of a healthy lifestyle and those who are healthy together tend to stay together while encouraging one another to make more wholesome wellness choices.

Diane has wanted to create a cookbook to share her amazing recipes with others for over a decade.  She recently put one into print and is happy for all of you to have one in your home.  Anytime Diane can inspire someone to create a robust meal for themselves and loved ones, she knows she is fulfilling her purpose and continues to be inspired to generate new flavor profiles.
